Healthy Habitis That Share The Team Five
We
alwayss go running every day because we need to complete 15 (fifteen)
kilometers every week, we avoid junk food and high fat meal, also we drik two
litters of wáter a day.
We
try to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, that have many proteins and vitamins
and these help us to make all our activities. At weekends we usually go out
with our pets and family, we always take a shower after the school and we brush
our teeth, and finally twice a year we go to the doctor´s office.

"The Life In The Past"
Some
years ago the people was healthier than now because they didn´t use to consume
transgenic food, the diet that people had some years ago, prevented a lot of
illness (for example diabetes).
Also
they had the oportunity to do more exercise because in that time there were
less cars than nowadays, people prefered walk or use the bikes than the cars
and they take care of the enviroment.
